Young minded work at home senior professional is looking to make a new home in a Brooklyn apartment. Born in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, I recently moved across country from San Diego in a 26’ U-Haul truck. Read about the journey here on BrooklynBob.com
Looking for a quiet studio or 1 bedroom with wood floors and windows no more than 1 flight up (or in an elevator building.) Ambiance and neighborhood are more important than square footage.
Rental Budget – $1,000 to $1,300/month (some prepayment negotiatable)
I live on a fixed income consisting of social security, and small pensions from IBM and Weyerhaeuser. Significant liquid assets back this up.
Now that I no longer have the responsibilities of maintaining the Inside Plants Science Lab, my plan is to generate some income by marketing consulting services under the name Greenscaper Associates.
My credit rating is excellent.
I held my first mortgage at the age of 19, and have owned a number of properties since then. Since moving from L.A. to San Diego in 1991 I have rented (always paying on time).
428A West Robinson Avenue, San Diego, CA 92103

Prior address = 1025 West Walnut Avenue, San Diego, CA 92103
Landlord – Margaret Terzolli
InsideGreenNYC.org is a website that explains the primary reason for the move and the details of my civic donation.
The lab plants temporarily reside in the Ebbets Field Middle School science lab. Individual ‘mini-labs’ will move to other science classrooms in the days ahead.
I also publish consumer information blogs about modern methods of maintaining plants in and around buildings for the past 3 years. Unfortunately, the cross-country move has impacted posting to these blogs. I’m looking forward to recruiting one or more bloggers to continue and expand these blogs.
